Set in Anguilla’s peaceful Sandy Hill (East End) area on Long Pond Bay, Villa Kai offers uninterrupted views of St. Maarten, Saba, and St. Barts, along with the soothing sound of waves just steps away.
The open-plan living space features a gourmet kitchen, indoor and outdoor dining, and spacious lounging areas. Step outside to the expansive pool deck, where comfortable sun loungers and a sparkling infinity-edge pool invite you to relax under the island sun. Three air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms, each with magnificent sea views, ensure every guest enjoys comfort and privacy.
